Fall semester class schedule:

Adult BJJ Day Schedule:  Tuesday / Thursday & Sunday 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM Saturday No-Gi BJJ 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (open mat 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)

Monday – Friday 7:00 PM – 8:15 PM (Monday / Wednesday is “Core Skills” for BJJ / MMA)

Kids BJJ:  Monday – Friday 5:15 PM – 6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM

Kids Kickboxing:  Monday / Wednesday 6:00 PM – 6:45 PM

Adult Kickboxing:  Monday / Wednesday 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM (“Core Skills” for MMA / Kickboxing / Muay Thai), Tuesday / Thursday 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Friday 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Saturday 12:00PM – 1:00 PM

Be sure to check out our NEW Core Skills+ Class.

It mixes kickboxing, BJJ, MMA and Muay Thai into one awesome class.  Each week we will focus on different elements from different systems to create a well rounded training experience.  You’ll get an amazing workout while learning effective, real world techniques.  You can attend this class with or without a gi.  Normal exercise attire is fine.

Open to beginners, BJJ students and kickboxers of all levels.
